Just caught a bit of the dobbins phone in on blunderside and heard grudgel talking about their new era of collaboration with us. He said that Hull had previously been "aligned with leeds for obvious reasons" but that Hull and rovers were now looking at working together to give Hull more of a presence in the RFL eyes. Disappointing to find that we've been playing lapdog to mr hetherington for a number of years. He also said we've combined purchasing power on things like medical supplies, buses to away games and even pre season training facilities

Couldn't listen, but also understand he ushered in the new era of mature entente cordiale with FC by referencing Rovers as the oldest club in the city.  |

Hudgell knows very well the difference between a business and a club but he also know that many of the Rovers fans do not and will lap up everything he says.
