If you have a family of 4 going the RFL are doing a family ticket for £45.

For me and my son to sit in our usual seats it would cost me £60 think i will watch at home and enjoy a beer whilst watching it.

Got our tickets last month from the RFL. The Hull public need to get behind this fixture, considering the uproar directed at Mr Duffen previously.

to sit in my normal seat or in the same area they want to charge £40! thanks rfl! any wonder you can't sell out games with ticket prices set so high!

Why do we need to get behind the fixture? What do we actually gain from it? Sure the local pubs and food establishments will get some extra custom and the SMC will profit from it but that's about it.

Really looking forward to this fixture, get to see some top performers in the NRL play at the Wonderland...

will be getting my tickets next week. Think internationals are a really good watch and usually the atmosphere is excellent.

Do you not think that our city derives any benefit from hosting international fixtures? Previous RL internationals at the KC has been very well attended, far better than equivalent games held in (for example) Huddersfield. This confirms to the outside world, that Hull is the RL capital of the Northern Hemisphere. A reputation that lines up guarantees of better fixtures in the world cup, etc, etc etc.

Try to think outside the box occasionally mate, it does wonders for your outlook.

I still don't see what the city as a whole get from it. Not like we will get lots of media attention regardless of which international teams play there. The finals are about the only time our game gets any decent coverage and it is still minimal at best.
Hull City put this city on the map more in 2 seasons of premier league than any international ever could.

I'm sure that [iwas[/i true, but there is more chance of me discovering time travel than of that episode being repeated. So, we have to take what's on offer and make the best of it.

Besides, its the only time I get to visit the place without any stress!
