Hi I am the Manager of woodies ale house in healingly and a Hull fan. Woodies is a 10 min walk from healingly stadium if any fans want cheap drinks and food before the game our address is 104 ottley road ls16 5jg we will be showing the Wigan st Helens before the game. We have a wide selection of cask ale and lagers any enquiries our number is 0113 2784393 and ask for Tom or Allan.

He's lying anyway. There's next to no pubs in Headingley. It's a predominantly student area, and all they do is read books and drink tea in sy cafe bars. You'll have to drink on the street corners.

Woodies is/was a decent boozer and isn't too far from Headingley. Will be much less busy than the Oak or the Skyrack too.

I live a few miles from Headingley...Woodies is a decent boozer, I'd recommend starting there and then taking a walk down Otley Road to the Original Oak...it's beer garden is huge and fingers crossed the weather will hold out...should be a good atmosphere in there pre game. Ground only 5 min walk from there.
