| According to Rugby League Weekly, one of our foreign "stars" is now stalling on his move to the Hull FC following the departure of Richard Agar.
Of course it's probably unfounded speculation, but if there was any credence to it then who would be the most likely?

I'd guess that NZW probably wanna keep their hooker now.

| Or maybe we are trying to get out of a deal so we can sign better quality import.

| Seeing as Mckinnon and Seymour no longer get in their sides it seems fairly obvious.

| As I put in another thread I'm not a massive fan of Heremia and have been disapointted when I have seen him.
Wouldn't be the worst move in the world if he didn't come.
Would maybe keep Obst depending on the quota situation.
Or maybe Mckinnon doesn't get on with Gentle?
If it's him I'd keep Phelps.
Seymour would be a bit of a nightmare though.
Seems a strange move if true as I doubt any of the players have even met agar, maybe they wanted an easy time in England?

i think he means it would be a nightmare if it was Seymour who pulled out as getting another half back would be very hard indeed.

Yes I did, should have written it better, thanks for clearly that up.
Be hard to find another halfabck at this stage of the season.
As someone has but above, only one of them are playing first grade at the moment, so wouldn't think it would be those two.

| I wanna see all three over here, but if one reneged, like Jake, I'd prefer it to be McKinnon.

| Whoever it is, if true, do you reckon they'll then follow him to Wakey since he's such a good coach?

Having watched all 3 since they signed for Hull most weeks, I think Mckinnon will be the best out of the 3, apart from a couple of bad games he has been very good this year, safe makes very good yards and excellent at backing up.
Phelps has impressed me recentley but Mckinnon is a big step up on him.
As I have mentioned above though we could cover the lose of him and Heremia from within.
If they don't want to come, release them and let Gentle bring in his own players.

Been impressed with Heremaia (we all see things differently ) and I think him and Houghton could do major damage together.
Haven't seen McKinnon since he had an absolute nightmare for Wests, and has only been on the bench, at best since.
From what I saw of him before, I think he'd be excellent for us. Attack minded and isn't shy at joining the line or getting on the ball-carriers shoulder.
Seymour is just what we've been missing in the bits and pieces I've seen of him. Organises and kicks. Saw a little bit of interplay with him and Heremaia mid-season and thought, 'Mmmm, this could work.'
