| Hmmm..... I guess I'll be the first to say it. Lee Radford left Hull FC at the begining of his career, following the money and signing for a far better Bradford team.(I dont blame him for doing it, he won a stack of winners medals) He spent his prime years at another club and then returned to Hull in the Autumn of his career. Should he really qualify for testimonial? IMO testimonials should only be granted to players who remain loyal to one club for a number of years. If he is donating to charity I wish him luck, but I would question his right to a testimonial.

| isn't this going to distract from what should be a deserved testimonial for Kirk Yeaman?

| I can't believe some people are saying they won't support this testimonial! What a joke some of you 'fans' are!
Lee developed here as a youngster, bettered himself by playing for a successful Bradford side, and then came back to Hull and helped us reach the grand final and CC final, becoming captain along the way.
This testimonial is not for time at a club, it is for services to rugby league. He has played over 300 games, played in plenty of finals and played for England.
Does this not deserve a testimonial? How many people would have denied Stanley Gene or Paul Sculthorpe their testimonials, neither spent 10 years straight at a club if I remember correctly, both received them for services to the game.

| I don't begrudge Lee his Testimonial, I can understand why some people would but he has been a great servant to the game and has served us well since he came back.

I agree, also the work he has done in the community in Hull regarding RL is outstanding, credit to him and I hope it goes well for him.

How do you know how much he has earned?
And why should how much he has earned stop him having a testimonial? Didn't stop Horne having one and I can imagine he has been one of hulls top earners for years.

I think you'd find I've often said I think testemonials are no longer the right thing to do, people forget their original purpose.
You support it if you want, I will be one of many that don't, it's called a choice.
