Not so many to choose from, but remember Rob Nolan at scrum half at Central Park and having a cracking game ?
We won 14-13 and Nolan played so well that I was always surprised that we never tried it again !
(Scott Gale played in centre too)

I remember some strange positional changes when we played that 8 games in 11 days or something stupid back in the mid 80's (possibly 85?)
I'm sure we had props on the wing and 2nd rowers at half back or something equally ridiculous

I would be more worried that Offiah was learning to be in the TRIAD No wonder he scored so many tries with the threat of a visit from the triad for those who tackled him. |
