Anybody been on the old 500 karoo tariff and moved to the adsl2 mid offer .I can understand why they want me off the 500 unlimited. I just wondered what is the advantage for me I dont use any were near the 20gb max .Its the ADSL2 download speed , is it a bit quicker

I noticed this month that my direct debit had gone from £19 to £22

will look next month, not happy they can do this without notice.

Pretty sure we had a flyer through the door stating the old package would be going up and giving details of the new packages. It was a few months ago though.

Yep gone up to £22 They told me a had a letter about the increase Thats one of the reasons ro change . Its expensive for the service your getting

Is that 22 quid for just the terrible broadband or does that include calls???

yet you look on their site and its £19 for "New" customers

so if you are "new" to KC its cheap, if you are an existing customer they sick it in dry.

Oh and to stop being an old customer and become a new one (cancel then restart) you are looking at £70

I got a letter through about 2 years ago telling me my internet package was going up. It never did. I'm presuming this is just that price rise happening 2 years later. (which is about right knowing karoo)
