Who would have got a hold of that after the game? Perhaps it's been an auction item somewhere? Always seems odd to me that these items aren't kept in the game say by the winning club. Should be filling up some of the acres of space in our trophy cabinet!

I understand that there were four matchballs used that day, but as you say it may not have been used. Perhaps there were more used in the the warm-ups. |
