| Just checked his stats on sl website to see just how many penalties he'd actually given away. 7 penalties and 6 errors in 9 games doesn't seem that bad. Especially when you see that he's made an incredible 35 tackle busts from only 80 carries!! Human wrecking ball indeed!!

Just made the same point on another thread. Hame is not our worst penalty conceder.

| Cause most of those busts i imagine would of been in our half plus about 15 of them would of been in the Salford and Saints games.

| Would be good if he could just laugh at the opposition when they start getting dirty when tackling them. I think that would just annoy the hell out of them instead when they notice that their tactics aren't working.

| It is the aggression which makes him the player he is...we should not be trying to remove that, his emotion is what gives him the strength to bust through again we should not try to remove that. He may have given penalties away yesterday but he drew players in, teams worry about him and struggle to handle him this is what we want.He is a wrecking machine, just what we need imo.

Spot on. He's a big distraction for the opposition which can free up other runners.

| I do agree about him drawing players in and he has got a good pair of hands too. But we don't use him properly were using him just like we did with Manu last year. Letting him just drive the ball in hoping he'll do something. Give him the ball metres just before hitting the advantage line with pace and power. Or get the ball out wide quickly and let him get a pass away.

Yep, exactly what I said yesterday when people were knocking him. Even If he doesn't do a lot with the ball, he certainly does plenty off it.

But he's given them away in bad position or even worse when we are in posession, which imo is unforgivable. I bet most of his penalties are from ill discipline which he need to sort out. He needs to start taking the first few cheap shots so Longy can highlight it to the ref, and hopefully he will start getting some protection and getting us penalties instead of giving them away. At the minute refs are looking for him to kick off and players are doing everything to make him kick off.

| Most of his are avoidable though - that's why they're extra frustrating when he concedes them. One for verbals 30 yards from our line on the 1st tackle v Hudders was unforgiveable. it led to their on;ly try

| Didn't he concede a penalty at crusaders whilst in posession which resulted in their winning try being conceded?
I'm all for aggression but it needs to be channelled
