I felt really sorry for Hame today. Thought he looked dangerous when he came on, then was basically victimised by Silverwood which allowed Rovers to do whatever they wanted to him. He was offered no protection at all by the useless b*stard which meant the foul play by those fine 'men' from across the river went unpunished. For Silverwood to say that he was 'watching' Lauaki moments after coming onto the pitch is an absolute disgrace, basically giving Rovers the ammo to wind him up knowing he'd be the one penalised.

Although I'd have liked to have seen him come back on the pitch today, I think Agar made the right decision not to. I didn't think he did a lot wrong during his spell but due to Silverwood being a cock, he could quite easily have been sin binned or sent off for the slightest thing.

I know Hame has done a few silly things in his time here, but anybody giving him stick for today should be turning their attention to Silverwood for not controlling the game properly.

He has a concussion. See the fc site.

I'll add more when I've finished eating.

Offered no protection from the Dobbins cheap shots all day. Therefore, it was open season on him. The referees treatment of him was nothing short of criminal.

It was poor refereeing.

Hame needs to channel his agression and he will continue to be provoked by opposition players but he was put in an impossible position today.

thought he played well his tackle technique was alot better actually putting his shoulder in the tackle there was no shirt grabbing so alot better. in attack well he proved today that hes devastating, attracting 3,4 even more players into the tackle becasue there was sh%te scared of him, and by that amount of players he attracts that allows him to get that ball away to the outside backs were gaps are created like hes done in the past huddersfield i think proved that. silverwood had it in for him as soon as he came on straight away telling him that hes watching him so any little niggles was always going go against him even if a player goes down with the elbow in his face for example(ben c%ckhead). at first he attaliated but learned afterwards not to bite but to just do what he does best and get with it just like he did.
well done hame

The club listing Lauaki's injury as concussion means that he won't be playing Monday

Big impact player who reminds me of when Faasavalu first appeared on the scene, great bulldozing runs but you know that if you do the sly digs on him he will become a liability discipline wise....Needs to curb his aggression and if he can he could be a asset to Fc.

Agree 100%. Silverwood completely victimised Lauaki today, he didnt stand a chance. One incident in particualr pi55ed me off - just before half-time when Hame got penalised for lashing out at Newton. Lauaki did nothing wrong there, he reacted like any other player would have done in that situation, the cut above his eye was evidence of Newtons dirty play. Like you say, Silverwood was completely out of order for saying 'im watching you' as he entered the field of play. What kind of message does that send out? We all know he's a hot head at the best of times, but it hardly instills confidence into you when a referee comes out with words like that before youve even touched the ball.

Says alot about Morgan if that was his main target for winning the game.
Lost a lot of respect for Morgan today.
