Also forgot about Liam Kent.
Along with Berrigan and Houghton, we have Bloom and Illey coming through and are the reasons that losing Josh Hodgson isnt such a big deal.
With Rovers now big competition for signing youngsters, it is good to see Hull signing players from outside of Hull, two from Lock Lane and Fryston.
I have alse heard that Hull have signed up three of the countrys best prospects from the Cas/Wakey area, one of which is Briscoe Jr Jr.
Keep up the good work.

Last season we did incredibly well to sign 2 players from Normanton Knights in Ryan Hampshire and Jordan Harper both of whom could pretty much have had their pick of SL sides to sign for.
Next summer whilst nothing is set in stone it looks as though there will be 'Foundation' squads which are made up of the SL sides scholarship players, playing against each other instead of the usual Service Area. I personally think this is a massive step in the right direction for the Youth System as it will give more publicity towards the games as im sure people would be more interested in Hull FC v Hull KR, Leeds etc at this level. |

I suppose that would be the next step along from this years foundation academy under 16s matches. Quite a few of the Rovers lads who played in the under 16s side made their under 18s academy debuts this year. Im sure the situation was the same at Hull. |
