Thanks for another good read Wilf, we really are all fed up aren't we? When you mentioned your friend wondering whether to take a book, I got ticked off for concentrating too much on my phone at the last home game.
I'll be glad to see the back of this season!

Tremendous read Wilf. It seems some things never change, we're still prescribing to that ‘rough and unscientific play’.

Thanks for the read as always and typical Hudge comment, small minded like a lot of dobbins, they will never be able to get out of our shadow.

To be quite honest, the club is in enough trouble without getting involved in petty spats with Rovers board. Let it drop for Gods sake, we have more pressing problems and should be bigger than that. It's making us look stupid.

With respect the club has let it drop, in fact they have not commented on it and won't, but I have, thats my perogative its called freedom of speech you don't have to read it !!

You know, our administration and Board of Directors can see 11,000 folks turning up week in week out, despite the poor fare we are served up, and they simply must realise that this cannot go on! Our patience, as supporters, is in tatters and, on the field, the season is finished. They are sitting on a gold mine here. Just how many fans do they think we would be getting for home games if we were playing with Huddersfield’s spirit, sat second in the league on Saturday Morning, and in a Cup semi final next week. I would hazard a guess of 15,000 at least!

Yet, what has changed, at Fartown and at the KC, to see such a reversal of roles. Well for a start, they have made some astute signings and employed a young Australian coach, who believes in strict discipline, everyone buying into a game plan and sticking to playing a structured game throughout. They tackle hard, have great line speed and use three pivots all the time. It ain’t pretty, but it works! We, on the other hand, despite, admittedly, being hampered by atrocious injury levels, have few of these qualities, and have taken the cheap and cheerful coaching option, time after time.

These comments by wilf are what i have been saying for a long time surely if our directors are business men they can see that the way we are playing is costing the club possibly upwards of £30000 a game with dropped attendances so investing in a top coach would make money and the fans happy
