| sick of all the knockers on here so before they come on here moaning. the rfl need to do something about the sub standard officiating in our game. the raynor try was no way forward add to that the calderwood try in the 1st half fox had fallen off the tackle as proven by a replay that bentham couldn't be bothered to look at. these clowns are costing players and clubs dearly plus fans are paying good money they deserve their club to have a fair chance

Fox had dragged Tansey down and whilst Fox was holding him, his ball carrying arm hit the floor, so as far as im aware that completes the tackle, regardless of whether he slips off a few seconds later. You may a shout for the one in the second half, but the one in the first half was no way a try.

| yes the officials did have a off game but they stilled scored try's from our inability to tackle 3 of there trys came from missed tackles by our players and it was'nt just missed one and ones either.
yes the raynor {non}score may have been the turning point but over the season we have been poor.

IF you bothered to LOOK at the replay then fox didnt have his hand on tanseys leg(s) when he(tansey) was on the deck......not tackled i think its called??...i could be wrong though

| Not too sure about the Calderwood try to me I think he made the right decision but it was close to call. The forward pass was laughable and KR can count themselves very lucky tonight.

No... I'm pretty sure he did. Anyway thats a moot point now, however I thought you had a shout with that forward pass in the second half. I would have liked to see some other angles of it.

The one in the 2nd haf cost us a minimum of 8 points (webster wouldn't have had chance to score his try as FC would have had the ball kicked to them from the re-start) probably 10, which gives us the win. But yet again Cummings will sweep his officials poor performance under the carpet and nothing will be said.

[quote="Wellsy13":1juz9zgo]To us REAL fans, there's no better feeling than winning competitions. Getting to a final is next. Then a top 6 finish or semi-final appearance. Then I suppose the derby counts as the most important league fixture.
Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really! [/quote:1juz9zgo]

| I think the right call was made on Calderwoods try in the first half.

Before you start shouting about substandard refereeing, what about substandard coaching & management?

| Think the Calderwood decision was the right one. Tanseys ball carrying arm hits floor and Fox still had hold of his ankle so tackle complete but the pass to Raynor was never forward Should have been a try x

As been evident all season but tonight it was a clueless official that cost us .... or did he really know what he was doing?

Who's said any different, tonight we deserved to win and inept officiating cost us.

Not sure on that. When he passed the ball Fox had slipped off the tackle.
How often have you seen tackles 'made' but they go over the top and the player is allowed to carry on?
Same thing for me. Try should have been given.

Agreed. As usual the best angle was shown after the decision was made.
