Its rough, Its tough. Its Rugby League. Every club expect injuries to key players along the season, its the physical nature of the sport, however Hull just seem to get bogged down with injuries week after week. It begs the question, Are our players trained and conditioned well enough, Do they have good diets, Are they trained to hard. I wish I knew the answer. I do feel that its more than just bad luck we suffer at Hull. The last 2 or 3 season have been injury mine fields.

Sounds like Cordoba will be playing this week. Wonder if Hall will be brought back as we will need a goalkicker unless we give the duties to Thorman?

Wasn't Rich Whiting the kicker at Featherstone ? Don't think Hall is coming back until after the Northern Rail Cup Final. Hope to see Cordoba playing at Castleford, got to go with four props, so Maloney will hopefully play to.

I'm not all that sure our players are as professional as they could be in the way they live their lives, the other week I saw Berrigan and Lee out at a pub sat outside with four other lads who looked like they played for the academy who were all smoking, I did not see Berrigan and Lee smoking but they were quite happy to be in the company of smokers (passive smoking) which to me isn't the best attitude to have when your a professional sportsman.

Kicking this week, I would guess that Berrigan would do it, as the last time Tickle and Hall weren't playing the duties fell to Berrigan, iirc.

If not, I would have guessed Thorman or Whiting. I'd prefer Whiting to Thorman.

I was talking about their life styles, hanging around smokers isn't going to contribute to being healthy. I know full well it won't contribute to knee injuries but it will contribute to not being able to give 100% for the full 80 mins.

Absolute rubbish. Sitting outside with smokers will have no effect that way.

Can you prove that, I would say all the evidence points to the opposite, passive smoking has got to be bad for you.
