I know people are disappointed with losing to our rivals but I think people are getting a bit carried away and some of the abuse of the players is a little uncalled for.

We won the first five and since then we have lost to Cas despite scoring more tries (one goal kick and we would have won), lost to Salford with a ridiculous forward pass (apparantley the linesman called it and was over ruled) and then got beat by goal kicks again to Rovers. We are absolutely nothing away from being joint top and still in the cup. The only game we have lost outright was Quins.

You could put forward an argument that we were better than Rovers yesterday, at worst it was two evenly matched teams. I'm not saying Rovers didn't deserve their win because they defended their line brilliantly at the end, however we matched them and so say no effort was shown is complete bull5h1t.

We may not be playing particularly well, but when you look at wo we have to come back, as well as our next few fixtures, I am still in quite an optimistic mood. Leeds are just two points ahead and have argueably played easier teams than us so far, do you hear them calling for McClennon's head?

Or you could say that we've just lost 4 games in a row that we are well capable of winning

But as a club we should be achieving so much better, were was the passion, desire, commitment from the players yesterday in the 1st half???

give credit to hkr they chased every lost cause and kick as if there life depended on it they were the better side

we were allowed back in to the game in the last 20, but again failed to capatilise because we have no structure, don't know how to build pressure and turn it into points

i like agar as a bloke, but he is a no2 and not the man to take us forward

The Brother is right, your club needs to forget about Rovers, they seem more than happy to fight city politics rather than concentrate on making the club a success.

Rovers have played mind games with Hull on all levels since our promotion and as a whole, Hull Fc have fallen for it.

I've said it before, everything is in place at Hull Fc to be the strongest club in the league, but the inadequate board keeps stopping the club as a whole reaching that stature.

When was the last time your glorious leader was seen in the media saying anything positive? Speaking as someone from Hull I catch more been said on tv, radio or in the papers by club chiefs from the rest of Super League than I do Kath H, and that can't be right surely.

" Worry is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but gets you nowhere " Wayne Bennett King Of Coaches:

The way I see it is that our board have taken the position as Hull's premier rugby club for granted and Rovers have walked through an open door and taken that position and fair play to them.

Rovers in business terms "pick the low hanging fruit" they take every opportunity for media exposure, they talk up every Derby game and most painful of all turn up with enthusiasm.

Our board keep us in the dark and make us feel like they see us as cash cow idiots as opposed to major stakeholders, whether thats their intention or not that is what they do. We lose to our bitter rivals and our fouth defeat in a row and Kath is seen on tv in a priviledged seat watching Leeds and chatting with their coach, Innocent or not shocking unforgiveable PR !!

The relationship between the club and the fans is now irrepairable, as mentioned in a previous post they and the players are mere custodians of our club and we the fans will be here long after they have left.

As a senior manager to 500 staff ,communication and perception is everything and it far easier to remove one person than to remove 500. I am fully aware of my responsibilities and our coach,CEO and board need to be aware of theirs. The customer is always right and this customer is not satisfied with his service.

What are you (the club ) going to do to win back my confidence.

I actually think the opposite. I doubt the Hull board ever give the dobbins a 2nd thought other than rubbing their hands at a bumper attendance when you visit. rovers are the opposite (understandably so) and see being top team in Hull as their next objective. Hull's goals are much more global.

Not sure, to be honest. I think that may be a little OTT.

In perspective yes we may have lost to cas by a point, by four points at home to Rovers and Salford and 10 by Quins, but, thats stil 4 losses, it doesnt matter how many you lose by, you dont get any points for coming second.

We deserved to lose yesterday for our first 60 minute display, we were boring, except our first try which was top notch i thought.

Only when we started to put some aggression in the defense did they start making the mistakes we had made all match and start applying some very telling pressure.

Its just a shame it took 60 or so minutes to kickinto gear what we should have done from the off. (Maybe thats why people feel the lack of effort)

I was looking at the 06 season review before Fridays game to see how we played when we went on that run. The majority of the team is still their but we have lost key playesr without ever replacing withh better.

Mcmenemy- committed and a ball player
Chester - Ball player
Cooke - Ball Player
Briscoe - International Fullback
Swain - Leader and organiser
Brough- Runner-kicker-tackler
Carvell- main pack man

We have not replace with anything like, we are severley missing a scrum half (please don't think lee is the answer he has had more chances than other player I have ever seen to make the position his own)

We need to sort out this bloody visa issue.
Get a good scrum half
and a couple of hard men in the pack
And a fullback who is safe and runs out with power.

We need to give the likes of washy and whiting a proper run in their proper postions and

I feel this season is at a crucial point forget saints its wakey and salford lose these season is over..

Sorry,

of all that list only Swain got replaced adequately

Mcmenemy and chester i dont think we miss tbh. Those two were out for long periods due to injuries. The rest i agree.
Also i agree with Jake the peg's comments ,There were games we should be winning.
