it seems like a lot of people on here want noble to come in and think hes guna be some sort of saviour but i dont see it happen. He did nowt wi wigan or crusaders and is overated imo.

i think noble could do alot better then agar, he got crusaders into the playoffs after putting a team together in 6 weeks, agree did nt do to well at wigan, only coach to win 3 grand finals

i dont see him turning club around although am not sure who would want to come into the clua at min wi the current BoD or who else is even available.

Took Wigan from near certain relegation to 1 game from the GF, Maguire came in and added 1 player and won the league and GF.

Took the Crusaders jobs weeks before season starts assembled a ragtag bunch together in no time at all and took them to play-offs.

So yeah i guess he did nothing at either team

not saying i would like noble on board but having said that he got the crusaders up and running in a matter of weeks , also managed to unearth sammut something we could not manage to do.
also whilst at wigan he blooded the young ones and set them on the path to be a force again . for me i would be happy if he had till the end of season to prove his worth just maybe

Don't misunderstand me and presume i am a big Noble fan because I am not. However it annoys me that people cannot seem to see what he did at Wigan & Crusaders.

One thing you can guarantee with Nobby is that he wont let the players rest on their laurels like they seem able to do at the moment. Remember the game last year when he kicked the bottle etc, you can see his passion etc from incidents like that. We currently need someone to light a fire under our players because it seems clear to me Agar is letting them just go through the motions, and the only time they are fired up is when it suits them.

i would defo bring in noble even if it was for the rest of this season (earn a longer deal). he would certainly get a lot more out of our squad than agar ever could, i think he would attract good players too, he is very well respected in the game.

fair enuff he did ok with wigan and crusaders and dint really think about it when i wrote it initially but i dont think he woul turn things round here.

it will be better then sticking with what we have got and finishing 12th, if we give noble time he as plenty experience to take us further

tbh, i think the only thing missing at hull is a good coach, i think he would turn it round
