| Hull FC head coach Richard Agar has named an unchanged squad for Saturday’s play-off battle with Hull KR.
After an impressive performance against Leeds last time out, in which the Black and Whites matched the champions throughout with just 12-men, Agar has opted for the same group of players this time around.
Epalahame Lauaki was named in the 19-man squad, but wasn’t risked after picking up a slight ankle knock against Warrington, but he could come back into the fold this time around.
Jordan Tansey has completed a two game suspension, but isn’t included, with Craig Hall expected to retain the full back position.
Lee Radford is free to play after his one match suspension following a red card against Leeds was quashed.
Sean Long, Craig Fitzgibbon and Mark O’Meley could all make their first competitive derby appearance at the KC Stadium, having missed the earlier Super League clash on home soil.

| Interesting that there's no Tansey....I wonder what he's been up to to warrant being dropped, or whether they just want to stick with Hall, who's been good?
Hall
Briscoe
Yeaman
Berrigan
Lyne
Horne
Long
O'Meley
Houghton
Radford
Tickle
Manu
Fitzgibbon
Moa
Cusack
Lauaki
Washbrook/Turner (as interchange hooker for Houghton).
I've put Briscoe back to the left to have him against Fox.

| interesting that Tansey's been left out. Hall had a good game last time out though so probably earned his place. A shame that Turner is likely to miss out though.

Apart from a few kilo's Turner doesn't have anything that Hall hasn't. IMHO.

I reckon they would have done it in that news article. It's probably best not to, don't want any negativity going around before the big game.

Agar said in the interview that he had told Craig Hall that if he has a couple of good games he wouldnt be dropped so done nothing more than stuck to his word. One he cant win I suspect - Hall has a mare and Agre will be to blame, Tansey in and he has somehow broken his word. Big big descision..

Not exactly. Even if Hall was kept at full back (keeping Agar to his word), Tansey could have always been used on the bench to cover hooker/the backs.

Yes I remember that and I'm glad he stuck to his word. Another concern I had was that he played people based on their names/reps rather than their form.

If Tansey has crossed the line again with regards to club discipline then Agar can not be faulted for the stance taken, win or lose.
