Although rumoured to be going to cas, wakey or rovers, I predict joe westerman will be a Hull player by the end of teh day.

You heard it here first - Jake is always right icon_wink.gif

Wonder if he'll make his second debut for cas at the KC? Will be interesting to see how him and watts perform against the club who binned them'"

In 2 weeks?
It'll take 2 months for him to get back into shape.

It makes you wonder how cas can fit him and watts under the cap and still have such a competitive squad. They obviously get the best out of lower paid players and will have a very good pack when westerman arrives.

As a Cas fan, I have heard the rumour but I hope it is wrong.

Not the type of player we need at this time.

I heard he was Wakefield bound, just glad it's not us he's linked with!

Could well be a good move by Hull releasing Wattsy if Westerman is on his way back to Yorkshire. Don't thinks is a coincidence Watts as player improved massively once Westerman had left us.

Could have been a very good player but never seems to work hard enough to become the player that everyone thought he would be.

Well after hearing that Abdull probably won't play for us again (after what I posted in the Widnes thread), this may have some legs. Hope not though

I'll be surprised if we sign him especially after getting rid of Watts due to discipline issues. Speaking to several people in the Cas area he is indeed a Big time Charlie who will not fit in with the culture the club has cultivated.

His best position is a ball playing loose forward but we are well covered in that area. The only possibility is that he could sign on loan with a view to replace Mini next season.

On another note Toronto must be absolutely minted if they can afford to write off a £140k asset.

I would really be surprised if we signed him, really hope it's just rumour.

indeed, and if he's been that bad, we really should just cross to the opposite side of the road and let him walk to KR. But, these are all rumours...

Good signing, I trust Ellis, AP and Radford, play him out wide, so a direct replacement for Mini.

We nearly signed him last season, but we wouldn't pay the fee.

Looks like I'm in the minority but I think it's a good signing.

Think Abdul will sign for Rovers though, which I'll be disappointed about
