Anybody else had a problem with the exchange system on un-used pass tickets.....For the last few years whenever I have had spare tickets on my nephews pass I have been able to go and exchange these kids tickets for complimentary tickets for a game of choice ....done this for the last 3 years or so.....went to try and do it today and they said I can only exchange for the equivalant complimentary kids tickets...when was this put in place? Have I just been lucky in the past ? Seems to me ,in an era when we are trying to maintain a loyal fan base ,little blipps like this start to pee people off.........so has anybody had the same problem or have I been mugged lol

You have just been lucky in the past .It is just your luck on who you get to exchange the ticket .There is no arguments at all ,it has happened to me a couple of times over the last few years some times you get a complimentary one with no stamp on it and some times you get JUNIOR
Stamped all over it just smile say nowt and accept it

You're complaining that you can only exchange an unused voucher for a ticket to any game of equivalent value??

So you're not happy that you can't exchange a 2 quid kids ticket for a 22 quid adult one?

So basicly your complaining that you cant buy a kids pass, pay full whack to go to the 1st game of the season then go to the remainder of the season on the previous games kids ticket if you take that to its ultimate conclusion. Suppose such an idea would do the attendances a lot fo good but may put a bit of a dent in their bank balance.

I would say from past experience you can only exchange like for like and thats always been the case.Looks like you have been lucky. icon_smile.gif

Another reason they stopped doing that was if people bought a kids pass say £35 never used it but exchanged the vouchers for a ticket then sell em outside for a tenner ,money to be made icon_idea.gif
