Definately would have made a difference, Whiting at 13.
Started with 4 second rowers - Manu, Tickle, Burnett & Radford (at prop), 2 hookers and 2 props on the bench. The whole balance of the team was wrong in my opinion. Still no direction or confidence. Enough said about Thorman already.

Thorman is very poor but still don't agree with our "fans" sarcastically cheering when he was taken off.His confidence is shot what chance has he got when his own fans get on his back.He wears the shirt so we should get behind them all.

So that makes it right to single out one player??? The whole team is playing crap not just him.

I can't understand it - unless he has picked up a knock? His performance at Wakefield was one of the more enthusiastic - he seems to be playing better so I don't understand the reasoning behind him not playing. Very strange.

I thought Graeme Horne did OK to be fair to him, and justified his selection, but in a squad crying out for creativity we should have had Whiting at 13.

When at 13 he's a prop but when at prop he's a second rower? Anything to have a pop I guess.

It was obvious what the tactics behind Whiting not playing was, Berro (who is a much better player then Whiting - Who I do like) was coming on at 13 and to be fair the times he actually got the ball he showed the reason's why he was picked a head of him. Simple fact is you can't drop your star star player (Berro) and Lee and Houghton deserve to play.

Whether Whiting should have being dropped for G. Horne is a totally different story although to be fair, he did do well for the first try.

been our form player over the last month just sums up our selection process it certainly leaves me baffled at times.

Agree that Whiting should not of been dropped (there where other candidates more deserving in my oppinion) but in the last two games Whiting has shot out the line causing big holes in the defence and leaving his winger high and dry.
This may of been the reason he was dopped, just my observations and again i like Whiting and would always be in my side.

More to do with his defence I think. Probably took him off because we were holding a two point lead and needed to be defensively sound.

I think thorman should have been dropped and berro replacing him , Whiting loose man a G Horne centre.
Bench would have been Thacks , King , Manu and houghton
Radford 2nd row Maloney start.
If Thorman's confidence is gone he should be made to play in the reserve's get some game time and leadership back.
Can't do any worse if we drop him!!!
