| Seen as though it starts at weekend, il kick things off.
Australia won't win it. My heart says England but my head say's New Zealand.
Top try scorer, Manu 'the beast' Vatuvei.
Top point scorer, Gareth Widdup.
I also think the Aussies will brick it playing against Sam tomkins.

| Judging by the squads, I'd say that NZ would win it, however, with a few 'unusual' faces in the Australia side who don't usually get their chance (they're in now due to injuries), you may see some great performances from them as they try to stake a claim for their shirt.
Will be close, imo.
The morale of the England side is a good thing, and despite the losses of Peacock and Morley - massive on and off the field - I think our pack is very good, but like others I just can't help worrying about the fact that all of our hopes rest on Sam Tomkins' shoulders.

| I'm with you on NZ winning it and The Beast taking home top try scorer.
Shaun Kenny-Dowell is a good bet for top try scorer as well I reckon.

| Winners : Australia
Top Try Scorer : Slater
Top Point Scorer : Marshall
Player of the Comp : Cronk
I think New Zealand will win the group but Australia will get revenge for the 2008 world cup final.
My hopes for England are to be competitive.

| I predict that NZ will smash us looking at their line up. Australia are severely weakened nad NZ might just win the whole thing.
I hope we can compete but I don't think we have the halves and backs to match Aus and NZ although out forwards should go well.

Never in doubt for me, even more so when Hall pulled out injured.

Still a very good side but those backs are nowhere near as scary as they might have been.

| It just shows you the massive strength in depth the Aussies have, when Sheens can leave out Darius Boyd from a team.
I think we will be lucky to get within 20 of NZ on Saturday. They have the best team on paper, and I reckon they will go on to beat the Aussies in the final.
