All I saw from Ellis was a kicking game, very one dimensional. He knew he was going so why try too hard. McGoldrick has a carrot of a contract next year (surprised if the club offer him one but they are playing it right).

Watts improvement in O Carroll and less injury prone.

Things I've heard about Ellis and Eamon was that they we're both poor trainers and always pratting about. Gentle won't settle for any s.it like that. Gentle seems like the model pro, and will ask for the same from his players. Likes he's said in the HDM he wants players at the club who want to be coached and who can be coached.

I agree with what you say but why are we signing all these p1ss heads? Watts and mcgoldric were both gentle signings to go with Seymour , westerman, o'meley. I trust in Pete but I'm struggling to see his logic at the moment

McGoldricks injury cover with an incentive to do well. Westerman and Seymour have not been a problem since they have been here. Watts is a gamble but young and hopefully a contract that protects us. OMeley was an Agar signing.
