Have the number of new posts gone from the side of each thread for everyone else? It is so hard to use this new site icon_sad.gifold

We've taken the 'number of unread posts' down for now until we debug it. Then it will be back. What else is causing you an issue? We are fixing the problems as they arise after bringing implementation forward following total failure of the old site. We had to do this much earlier than we wanted, but it was either that, or no site at all.

Thanks for replying SouthStander - it is just the fact I get lost within the threads, knowing where the last posts are you've read, and the First/Prev buttons seem to take you all over the thread - though that may have been resolved in the last couple of days

The NEXT and PREV are all working fine as far as I know. We are working on a small problem with the 'eye' icon (last post on the thread).

Appreciate all the work and effort you guys are putting in to give us somewhere to bitch and moan  

yeah i've rewritten this whole site from scratch and whilst there are off the shelf products they all have limitations and problems. 

We think this is the best way forward in terms or performance and future proofing as in order to upgrade the services underneath little needs to be done to this software. 

Just need to bear with us for a bit of time whilst we iron out all the little bugs.
