Don’t know how the current cup ticket allocations work, but would expect they’ll be entitled to at least 6,000. We can give them the North Stand and NW upper and lower tier, then they can throw bottles on themselves.
Should just price it at no more than £15-£20 a ticket and make sure we have a full house!
Depends what the police and the Councils safety team say you know what they said about Good Friday!!! Safety is down to them don't fancy sitting in west lower if they are up top.

Hope they play it on the Saturday or Sunday at 3pm. City away at Sheff Wed on the Saturday, so we’ll have total access to any kick off times/date.
Likely Police will insist on 12:30 I reckon could depend on the BBC as well it will be their highlighted BBC 1 game I reckon.

| After their fans claiming that it would take at least a decade for us to be able to compete with them again I can only imagine how much they are squirming now.

| Looks like Rovers 40 year drought is at an end - 3/1 favourites for the cup whilst we are 6th out of the last 8 at 10/1. Crikey.

I’d suggested that Rovers would have the NW Upper and Lower tier, do they’d be throwing bottles at their own fans. NE Upper and Lower tier would be Hull.

Thanks for the team motivation bookies. I would be blowing that up for the dressing room wall on the day

| Probably the biggest derby in 40 years, since the John Player final at Boothferry Park, January 1985. We had to draw each other again at some point and so it is now.
If this draw had come out twelve months ago I would have being dreading a ritual humiliation on our own patch, but we are a very different brand of gravy in 2025 and after three dispiriting defeats last year we will come out looking for redemption on a pretty large stage and event for the City.
With Wire & Saints coming out together also, whoever wins our clash is really going to fancy their chances of going all the way. I'm feeling nervous/excited already and the draw's only just being made!! This is going to dominate the narrative for both clubs over the next three weeks, how are we going to concentrate on anything else!!!

| Catalan have fluked getting Salford at home, and as much as I don't mind them in SL the lack of fans at a Semi will dampen the day

| Please can someone rename this thread as Challenge Cup v Rovers? Presume it’s going to get a lot of traffic in the coming weeks. We’ve already done 4 pages in an hour!!
