Hope we are keeping an eye on Jumah Sambou who use to play for Saints but is now ripping up the championship for Oldam.

Try and get him in now before they kiss and make up

When was the last time we signed a player from the lower leagues? Probably someone will tell me it was last year but I can't remember anyone recently

Good question, I suppose technically Morgan Smith.

I think it was Jordan Johnstone from Widnes. Before that Lewis Bienek from London.

I've totally blocked out that signing from memory.


We have made some recruitment errors over the years, but hard to beat releasing Johnstone and replacing him with Johnstone.

Terrible recruitment around that time. I don't think Langtree played for the first team and Dawson-Jones played once got injured and that was it.
