Need to watch it again, was all a bit of a blur, but who charged down the drop goals?
Was there 3 attempts, remember one that went on the floor, but was there two others charged down and my who?
Fash charged down one, made up for his silly penalty that cost us a try! Yeah stupid penalty that one. The other try in the 2nd half came directly after the 'inconclusive' ball steal on Barron.

| It was the pattern of the full game that one side would score and then other would make an error which would lead to the other side scoring. Neither side could really close it out.

| Really pleased with the effort of the players, the scramble in Golden Point under that pressure, fatigue and adversity was incredible. Draw was probably the fair result in my view.
Having plenty to be positive about and plenty to work on is a good combination to have at this stage of the season.
Still early days, don't think we aren't quite there as a top 6 side yet, however the improvement is unquestionable.

| Fantastic game, like everyone said phenomenal effort, two sin bins never yellows, if they was the two Leigh ones plus the crusher(don't think any was but they set a precedent). Briscoe decision baffling, our last try dodgy but think we deserved that look. Looking good, two big league games coming up need to keep this intensity up and never say die attitude. Had messages of Widnes, Wigan and Saints fans all saying the same about the referee and VR. COYH

I thought the first attempt was by Ashworth. Or if it wasn't Ashworth who actually did the charge down he was the one who chased the ball back 50 metres and tackled the Leigh player. Outstanding effort by him Each of the charge downs was celebrated by the crowd akin to if we had just won the Cup. The atmosphere in the ground during extra-time was absolutely belting, the best it has been for a number of years. I was convinced Lam would nail one of his attempts but our scrambling chase to close him down each time epitomised our commitment throughout the full ninety minutes, hugely encouraging signs for what is to come. I'm not a fan of golden-point and those ten nerve-shredding minutes last night did little to change my mind. It would have been grossly unfair on either side to have come out of last night's effort with nothing to show for it.

| Faithful One:
Thought Lane, Cartwright and Asiata were really good, and they all played 80+ minutes which allowed a much better rotation for the props. Not sure why Aydin didn't play more, thought he was maybe injured but then he came back on in GP. Bourouh playing about 86 minutes was massive too. The attack looked so much better from where we've been, really good to see.
Just got to keep backing that up now, the benchmark has been set.
If there is one slight cloud from last night's performance, it's that it will be hard to maintain that intensity and work rate across a 27 game season. Like every team there will be games where we can't quite reach those levels and that is where our lack of individual quality may come into play. We don't have any off the cuff players (ala French, Field or Dufty say) to swing a game our way if we aren't quite firing on all fronts. I suspect it will be a case with us that we win as a team, we lose as a team, but everyone has dips, it's only natural in elite sport. But if the players (and coaching staff) continue to show that level of passion and commitment most weeks then the crowd will be behind them, as was shown last night.

| Watching all of the 50/50 go against Hull last night , the two inconclusive challenges and the two sinbins was like watching Leigh in the 90's . Hull played well , they look to be on the up.
We just wanted to throw the game away , if that last conversion had of gone over I think it would have been a fair result , the draw was a good result all round.

| What the game highlighted was the difference in a short time that the new coach has made together with his coaching team. it also shows that having even one decent second row can make on the team Sezer was outstanding.I was very critical of his signing based on his performances in the UK the previous time he was here but he looks class. Just think what we could do when we have two quality centres with pace and a running halback and this together with a big mobile front row has to be Mylers priority for next season The Briscoe incident denied us the chance to win the game but i wont mention the officials for the fear of being called negative

I think Sezer is showing that sometimes players just aren't a good fit. He looked decent in his first season at Huddersfield, but fell off a bit in his second, and he was a bit of a disaster at Leeds. At Hull he is playing for a coach who he respects and who knows what makes him tick. Cartwright has made him the captain and leader and the environment and system just seems to suit him. He has been excellent so far. Even behind a well beaten pack against Wigan I thought he played well.
