Looking at the social media clips, the attacking structure all ready looks slicker. Obviously fatigue and match day scenarios pending…. But some bright shoots I’d say.

In the Jed Cartwright interview he says that Asiata has been in before today (they say in the interview it was Sezers first day, so that must have been last week, and Asiata had already been around.) Great commitment and leadership already

Only his first session yesterday but i noticed on one of the clips that Rapana was in the centres during the drill, not to say that'll be where he lines up but just an observation.

Having said that I had heard that Moy has been killing it at FB.

After listening to the Jed Cartwrights interview what stuck me most was his comment about Cartwright Snr putting a phone ban in place when they first arrive at the training ground and until they leave. It's another sign of how professional things are now under Cartwright & Myler and another indication as how lax things have been previously with training been more a coffee morning and social than hard work & focus.

I imagine that Rapana is in the centres to ease him into training as he’s had a long flight. A lot less ground to cover and he probably won’t know plays yet

I imagine they’ll see him as a potential centre if needed (I think him at centre is my preference)

Moy at FB and Rapana at Centre

We used to use Fonua at centre and wing and we need a better centre who knows their way to the line

Rapana would be better at centre I am sure whilst JC seems to like Moy

If that’s the case I could easily see Rapana at Centre and Moy FB

Moy has to bulk up - Shaul couldn’t defend at FB because he was too underweight

But with injuries I’m sure we will see a back line mixed up half the time

If we're planning on playing Rapana at centre it makes absolutely zero sense releasing Walker. Moy isn't ready for a full season at full back, I'm pretty sure Rapana will be our full back this season.

It was his 1st training session, he will be the full back

Rapana was signed to be the first choice FB which Myler has confirmed in a couple of interviews.
I imagine JC & Coaching staff were just easing Rapana in to training as its was his first session, just travelled half way around the world plus the rest of the squad are 3 weeks ahead of him.

Heard Abdull injured, don’t know what or the severity

He's regularly injured. Probably partly due to not looking after himself his who career. I think he's only ever managed to last one full season
