He also seems very conscientious and willing to speak with a discuss things with the people that matter but most importantly listen to them. It would also appear he isn't afraid to make the tough decisions that are and will be needed on the road to recovery for the club.
As a fan that has wobbled and wondered about walking due to the utter despair I have felt, I find it reassuring that in Cartwright we have a Coach who has been and still is heavily involved at the top of the Australian game and although he doesn't officially start yet he is already very much an active and involved party to the current transition.
On your point re Sneyd I don't think it would be a stretch to assume that the decision on Sneyd was probably made more out of financial reasons than anything. If AP was having to cut back then its probably fair to say we most likely couldn't have given Sneyd a lengthy deal or brought in the players to build around that were needed such were the financial constraints at the time or looming up.
I think right here and now its a time to feel genuinely hopeful for the future and be positive about the changes being made.'"
Let's be honest, if sneyd had stayed at Hull he wouldn't be in the form he is now
