Can't believe his Solicitor conceded "his position as a role model had been destroyed" . Does he not know what this plank has done previously so a position as a role model is more than a stretch. Its not the first time he's been convicted for the same offence so should have been given a custodial sentence at least to ensure he understands the consequences of his actions.
