| You’d be surprised by how close Gale is. Even as 3rd choice. It actually makes sense for that profile but not him, I’d rather take a gamble on a championship HB, however think it’s also a coaching transition role been discussed post this year which is why it’s got legs.
To be fair wakey did look a bit more structured with him in the team last season, but I’d be so negative about it I could see why this board would be in hysterics, other way round I’d be howling. Least our 6/7 is top notch and agreed

Mentioning kicking I wonder who'll be our goal kicker next season. There's no real stand out candidates. Probably Sutcliffe or Hoy?
Clifford was a class act last year but an average goal kicker. That's one thing we miss since Sneyd left.

| I’d have Sutcliffe goal kicking.
Thought he was more consistent than Clifford last year.

| Waley want McMeekan now as well as Johnstone for 2025, I'd hope we're in for both of these too

| McMeeken to Hull was my favourite rumour of 2023. Is murmurs that he could be heading to Rovers off the back of the Abdull move.

| Always thought Abdull slightly over rated
He shined in a dire London team and was rovers best player when they were terrible
Great Kicking game and good organisater
But not much else he's slow a target defensively with his lack of pace

Clifford was a great kicker he was kicking 99% of the season so course Sutcliffe would have more consistent stats
Sutcliffe should be kicker this season

Was he, thought his goal kicking was pretty average, probably he worst part of his gane.
Not sure on his percentage, but would bet it was probably lower than alot of other kickers.

| Apparently we were very interested in Volkman, but he wouldn't have got a visa, wouldn't suprise me if he is on our radar for 2025 with the new rules if he doesn't get games at the Dragons.
Him or maybe Hawkins.
