Morning all, 1st ever post so go easy on me

I've been watching FC since Brian Smith was coach when my grandparents used to take me, so have seen a fair few up's and down's over the years, that's for sure

Really interesting reading all the different views on next season, I feel the pack generally looks stronger with additional size, speed and skill although another line breaking back rower would be nice alongside a quality HB (Cust perhaps)

I would add, regardless of whoever else arrives the squad inherited by TS was never going to be fixed in one season. He has clearly started the process of reshaping however, I would think there are a few names under contract for this coming season who have question marks over their long term future. The financial situation at the club would seem to dictate more patience will be required from the fans as we likely won't be in a position to pay players off or pay fee's to bring other's in, but during my time watching we've never been a club which has been consistently good for too long, it almost feels part of being a Hull fan that you have to go through these peaks and troughs. If nothing else, it does make the feeling even better when the club does taste some success.

Anyway, Hopefully a couple more good signing's to come and wet the appetite for next season!

The way they are talking up Charles, I don't think it will be far off him starting in the first season, maybe next season. Could do with hom getting some gametime on loan this season in the championship.

Don't hold your breath as we've seen before how the club talk up a young player only for them to rarely see any first team action, then they disappear.

Hopefully he will be a gem and turn all his potential into reality

Your pal sounds quite sensible to me. I wish a few on here would take note of his musings.

In fairness to the current regime, they do seem to be concentrating on the youngsters more.
