I think we’ll end up signing 6-8 players depending on what we do with Houghton, Taylor and Savelio. Taylor and Houghton worth another year for me, but Savelio can go, misses far too many games and blows hot and cold when he does play. Getting full use of the 7 quota spots will improve us massively.

Doesn’t look too bad to me, but ideally a more proven winger like Davies to replace Swift or another big forward like McMeeken to get Lane out the team. Hopefully one of the young back rowers overtakes Lane anyway.
Gunna take another 12 months for Smith to sort fully, with either new signings or youngsters stepping up.

I honestly think most of these players linked with clubs and SL are made up by their agents to get new or better deals.
I'd bet that half our signings next year won't have been mentioned on here or social media yet.

I'll stand to be corrected but I think it was reported that his main reasons for coming to Hull were to play regular first grade and be at a club that values him. His decision to go back so early seems to contradict that. |

I think that's a big part, chance ti have another crack st the NRL and be closer to family.
