If Cas do go down then we should make a play for Broadbent.
Maybe also we should see how the new half goes at HKR.After watching the Derby and seeing our facilities compared to HKR if he seems to fit the bill maybe worth pursuing as an option

Well he told John Wells that he cannot wait ot run out for Hull.

Broadbent has good potential, but not sure centre is a priority, we need forwards, then a winger and possibly a halfback.

We also can't risk basing our recruitment of a club going down.

I agree we do need to prioritise a half back but I think should Broadbent become available we should definitely be in the mix to sign him. Good age, good pedigree and versatile. Not often someone with that potential becomes so easily available.
