If Smith doesn't think Savelio has the right attitude and therefore doesn't want to play him then I support that. Setting the right culture has to be the most important thing even if it weakens us slightly on the pitch. That said, we need to sort out the Jordan Lane problem. He is sticking out like a sore thumb, he makes no impact when he carries it. He drops off easy tackles and he makes errors. Either put Scott to the second row or give one of the youngsters a shot.
