I spoke to him at the Derby match,I was a guest of a regular club sponsor and his attitude was appalling,sulky,made it clear he wasn't interested in fulfilling his role of chatting with the clubs sponsors. If he shows that attitude day in and day out then he can go today for me,sulking and acting like a moody 13 year old. I was quite shocked and that's not easily done.

Hopefully this no nonsense approach from Smith will give some others the kick up the backside they need, if you show a poor attitude (allegedly) then your out the door, no matter how good you are.

I think he struggles with criticism and does his talking on social media instead of the pitch. It's a shame as I think with the right attitude and coaching there's a really good player in there. Needs to start listening to the right people or he'll end up championship at best.

Although I'd be disappointed to lose the likes of Savelio, Brown and Wynne, Smith has been brought in to do a job and make tough decisions and as it stands back his decisions.

Maybe we've been guilty of watching to many mediocre players with half ar5d attitudes for far to long . It's become the norm to think at the start of every season these players may win us a cup or challenge for the league but infract reality hits in within half a dozen games .
We have waited an age for a coach like TS to come along and fair play to AP for getting him here and giving him the reins to cull this team and build it up year on year till we're we are back challenging with the rest of the big teams .
We might not like the fact that one of our favorite players might be shown the door but it needs doing .
