| Admittedly, Wakey were poor. But boy it’s good to watch some good rugby from our club. Clifford could be something special for us.

I think the club would be delighted with 14,000. That would be our biggest non-derby attendance since Leeds in 2017.
We got 12,673 for the first home game last year against Saints, a Saturday lunch C4 game. In 2018 we got 13,704 for a round one home game against Huddersfield.

| Dan from HDM quoting smith as saying we will be “adding to our squad for the opener”
Does that mean players back from injury, or possibly a new signing…

And savelio to add to that, I assume that’s what Dan means, maybe wishful thinking about a new signing!

Sounds like a good partnership developing between Swift and Sutcliffe.
We cannot read too much into this of course but a confidence booster and won't do ticket sales for the Cas game any harm either.'"
Sutcliffe is very under rated always been a big game player sure he scored hat trick v catalan in last year play offs
Layed alot of tries on a plate for Handley aswell

| Thought you looked pretty good today. A bit disappointed that we our weakest team out in all our 4 friendlies but you can only play what's in front you. That said I thought a couple of younger players like yours showed some good touches sadly not good enough. Finally I was surprised at the size of Hoy and Clifford especially the latter at 7 he could be a great signing

| It’s clear Tony Smith is getting his ‘brand of rugby’ across to the players.
Promoting the ball, pushing up on every carry, flooding through in numbers to back up a break and dynamic around the ruck.
I was excited about the Clifford signing and he was all class today. Fash was very good, led our line speed and showed some good ball handling skills to be the link man in the middle.
