It is genuinely exciting and interesting times for our club with the huge changes made in the back room and training facilities. Add to that the success of the youth development program, improvements since the Allams left the SMC the feel good factor is coming back. Yes it’s a long road and no guarantees but the probability is much greater with an experienced and proven coach at the helm at last.'"
