Quote: Irregular Hoops "When we do hear from AP, it’s usually a cry for help as well regarding the Stadium and the issues there.
I know it’s a huge issue, but what with that , and Hull CC virtually gifting The Dobbins a stadium, it adds to the feeling of malaise and negativity.
The games in difficult times generally, and we’re still to see the full impact of the cost of living crisis. Normal hard working people will maybe have to make choices over where their money goes, and social events might be down on the list of priorities.'"
No news is good news for me on the stadium front as we currently are. I have more faith in the new owners then the previous regime and I think we will eventually get some form of help from them and the council.
The one thing I do find disappointing with Hull is the fact they don't offer 'half season' tickets for the remainder of the season. We must be one of the few clubs in Super League who don't have them. Most tend to do an offer of 6 games for the price of 4, or something along those lines. Its a win win for both the club and the supporters.
