What is your opinion on the current SL ' Roll the ball back between the legs' PTB situation?

I think the ball should be made with the foot at the PTB and not rolled with the hand. It would force players to be on their feet and in control.

At the moment the rolling back of the ball leads to too many inconsistencies in infringements from the referees.

I’m happy as long at an attempt as been made, simply rolling between your legs should be penalised

But not many make an attempt and it just leads to further inconsistency, with the refees just blowing occasionally when it suits them to either try and stamp their authority on the game or even up the penalty count.

It’s got to be either everyone plays the ball or let them roll it back.
