Absolutely. Someone who can dictate or change a game. If all the fans can see it, I’m sure BH can as well surely.

Just a thought in regards to the salary cap and the use of players etc if we can not move a player out who for example have a year to run on their deal but the club do not play them am I right in thinking that their salary would not count on the cap? Just thinking that if that's the case and say finances allowed if a player was available BH wanted and saw as a piece of the puzzle to improve the team significantly would it be possible to bring them in? I know it would mean paying a player for not playing any part in next season but it could make enough of a difference in terms of not fans seeing AP making changes helping to increase the % of renewed memberships after this season showing but send a message to the rest of the squad that it will not be tolerated. Its a difficult situation when there are players a coach doesn't want but cant move out so would possibly be an option.

I think the main problem with that would said player would be slightly annoyed & bring morale down around the team. Especially if it was a popular player amongst the other players.

I agree but if the club were to make a change then I would think the that player wouldn't be at the club rather the club simply paying the contract. Its not ideal I know but neither is having a player that is not in the plans for next season as that would still affect morale.
