Just watched back today and the real turning point was at 0-16 when Saints had a perfectly good try disallowed. Then a shocker of a decision to allow a Hull score after a blatant obstruction from Reynolds.

Those decisions turned a rout into a competitive game . But not for too long, Saints turned it back into a rout again soon after.

Amazing that the Hull squad actually costs more than the Saints squad.

OK it's money Hull don't actually have and is unsustainable according to Adam Pearson but it's still been spent and you'd think you would be getting a bit better value.

Taylors injury just seems to just be ongoing, originally reported as up to 2 months before he’d be back and that was start off May. So now 3 months on hopefully he’s nearly ready to return though he only started running a week ago so still be a few weeks yet.
As for Connor very little news to be had it was reported he’d miss a month again that month has now been and gone but no news from the club.

Sadly we won’t really miss Johnstone from his ban and thankfully Sao hasn’t been banned. Said at the time the yellow was a joke from Child for that as it wasn’t direct contact and there was very little difference in the Percival high shot moments earlier yet one results in a yellow snd the other doesnt. No doubt Childs performance will not be questioned either.
