Looks like Savelio was the reason Jones left. Shame Jones couldn’t display a fraction of the effort and commitment playing for Hull as he did tonight against us. Stole our money.
Poor performance, particularly in defence but definitely looked like one team who have barely played recently and one that has.

Hooker definitely needs to be a priority. Houghton made a couple of good scoots first half but no longer seems to have the pace to actually push through the line and make the break. We need some speed and urgency coming out of dummy half cause neither of our 2 hookers offer much of that.

Our number target should be a hooker. That's were the overseas spot needs to be used. Houghton is done imo as a regular starter.

I’d say the same re Jones early exit and lack of attendance at the club makes you think more to it has been made out. Total waste of money and he’s no longer here.

Have to agree re Houghton even though I thought he looked ok with his scoots in the 1st half his distribution was still very poor. The 2nd he was pretty much absent.
