Lots of reasons. A fresh challenge, earning a living in a foreign country, a chance to see a different part of the world, test himself in a different style of rugby that may well play to his strengths. He was also very much in the public eye in Aus earlier this year when he was falsely accused of assault, I imagine he'll be very happy to be able to get on with his rugby without the level of press intrusion that can happen down under. He's unlikley to have the gutter press over here on his back. |
