They are entertaining to watch, beat Wigan and narrowly lost to Saints.
Could we say any of the above about us currently?'"
Well they were also well beaten by Saints a couple of weeks ago, hammered by Warrington in August and pre-lockdown were comfortably beaten by Wigan, Cas and Huddersfield as well as suffering a fifty point hammering by a Leeds we'd outplayed a fortnight before. Apart from Wigan last week their only win was on the opening weekend against Wakefield who are the other club with only two wins this season.
But, hey, yes, entertaining rugby

Well I'll let you crow if it makes you feel better.
Our season is hardly one to boast about either though is it.

I'm not boasting about our season. I've done pretty much the opposite on a regular basis.
What I'm saying is that all these Hull supporters waxing lyrical about the beautiful rugby league that Rovers are apparently playing should remember that they are bottom of the league and by the season's end will probably have only avoided relegation because of Toronto's withdrawal.

The difference is we are supposed to have a squad assembled to challenge for trophies. Whereas theirs wouldn't stand out in the championship. They arent going to be a playoff team because the players just arent good enough. But Smith has them all working hard, expressing themselves and enjoying their rugby. We are doing none of those things.

No it wasnt - it was a million miles away and whilst people like yourself are happy with us to just muddle on scraping wins against teams like Wakefield[size others like myself are not happy[/size with it. Beginning of this year Pearson reckoned we might win the GF this year with his heavy investment etc - were currently a bottom half of the table side and performances are decent in small patches, hopeless at times but generally a long way away from being GF winning quality'"
Ever!!!
