While im happy with how the how the club have handled the issue, i do hope they plan to do some phone calls and letters to keep the fans that don't go online engaged. Not everyone is on Facebook and some may not have seen some of the recent updates. Someone pointed out on the Facebook comments that not all members have an email address to receive shop vouchers for example.
