All I have seen all over Twitter and Instagram is players saying how gutted Radford is leaving but what strikes me is they are all saying “Thanks mate, sorry mate, been my mate for years, yes mate, no mate” etc. shows the issue straight away IMO!

Yep theres a right little Radders cuddle crew going on on instagram - Shaul, Taylor, Houghton, Griffin - all saying bye to their 'mate' and three of those have been dog54it for quite a while - says it all really

Thought it was too comfy and too pally for a few of the local senior players for a while and think it has shown in the performances. From the off Radford when he took on the job had to seperate hinself from the player to Coach. The responses from players saying mate does say an awful lot unfortunately and whether intentional or not the lines got blurred and it does not look like a unified team themat are prepared to dig in for each other.

There seems to no real accountability for the players under Radfords tenure and certain players have managed to stay in the 17 despite their form not being as good as it should be.

Gotta agree about dropping Houghton. He's been our second best hooker this year. Rads was just so incessant about keeping him on the pitch for the full 80. Johnstone didn't even get a look in on Thursday until we brought a prop (Satae) off.
