Kelly had been asked about Hooker v Leeds. But he himself said he's never played there and we have some lads that can do a good job there. That's it
Regarding Connor at 6 Its been in the pipeline a while. At man of steel awards Daryl Clarke said Connor had told him he was playing 6 this yr. I assume Kelly has already said he's heading home end of 2020 so we're building now for it.

I can't see Kelly refusing to play bench hooker only to play for the reserves. Makes no sense at all.

If it hadn't have been for suspension, I reckon he would've played from the bench in the Derby. However , 2 match suspension ruled that out.

Kelly will have a big part to play this season for us.

I’d like to see Kelly at fullback. Shaul can go play reserves as, excluding round 1 against Leeds, he’s done fook all since 2017.

Kelly is quality, we all know that. Rugby League is littered with injuries. It’s great that we have such quality replacements. Connor has the shirt and is doing much better there, and we’re winning. Things can change and come the end of the season Alby may have played more games than Jake.
One thing for sure if we do have an injury at 6 and we don’t have a natural quality 6 replacement, we should lower our trophy aspirations sharpish. And no one wants that.
Let’s measure things longer term, not after 2 games.
