It was chaotic first game last year as I recall. Good job it's only a Derby attendance for the stewards and splendid systems to cope with this time.

No, not really, either you have called the club recently, and been told to try both, or you were told when you first signed for a new pass it would all be OK and have subsequently read it isn't going to be?

As its unclear wether the o.p called the club beforehand or not there isn't really a discussion to be had. Like I say, hope it gets sorted.

I do apologise IR80 I wasn't aware that any observations,points or matters regarding the club on this website had to be run past you to see if they warrant a discussion.I have checked the AUP and had a shufty for the rules but I can't seem to find anything.May be its a late addition.

No it's not sorted,the fact of the matter is that the club have no idea untill I and anyone else in the same boat,turn up for the first game which pass will get me into the game.That was the reason for my op to see if I was the only one.After getting my new card and speaking to the club I got the impression that I am not.

Then that is a shambles, they should know. As I say, hope it gets sorted, am sure it will.

I too have a H pass & haven't yet received my replacement.

Sadly I am away for the Derby but hope it arrives soon for me to pass to a friend.
