Six season as a head coach in SL and that’s after a two year apprenticeship as assistant. He’s the longest serving coach in SL. He has also already had some tough times, but we appear to be in a situation where we have not been able to adapt.
The coach should be the one who instils confidence in the players and the fans. It should not be the other way around.
