I've never called for Radford's head, but I'm afraid this season especially the last few weeks has shown up his limitations massively. He's had no idea how to correct our problems, in fact game by game we have gotten worse. Time for a change imo. Do it before pre season and allow the new man time to bed in, don't wait for further failures next year.
